These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Site. Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site.

01

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Volleylete ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Volleylete.

02

Volleylete provides volleyball-related educational content, training resources, equipment recommendations, and interactive tools. All content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional coaching, medical, fitness, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program or making decisions based on content found on this Site.

03

User Conduct

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Scrape, mine, or extract content through automated means without written permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use automated systems to access the Site at a rate that could damage or overload it
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without permission
05

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Training, fitness, and sports content on this Site is for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of information on this Site. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

06

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Volleylete and its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed CAD $100. Some provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain types of damages; these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

07

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volleylete, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

08

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

09

Governing Law and Severability

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the federal laws of Canada and the laws of the province in which Volleylete operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Canada.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

10

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
